Membership Policy

One free tasting per bottle bought within each tier

1. Product Availability & Substitutions

No Membership Fees: One Year Minimum Commitment.

Four shipments per year: Approximately February, May, August and November.

Occasionally a featured wine may sell out before allocations are fulfilled. In these instances, we will automatically substitute a wine of similar value and quality. 

Weekend wine purchases do not count towards your yearly bottle commitment. Club member tasting flights do not hold any dollar value and cannot be exchanged for other goods such as wine by the glass, bottles or items from the gift shop.

Tastings cannot be transferred to friends or family. You as the club member must be present to receive complimentary tastings & member pricing.

2. Billing

Your credit card on file will be charged once per quarter based on the value of the curated selection assigned to your membership tier. All club prices reflect the latest value of the current curation with the exclusive member discount associated with that tier. 

We will send a confirmation via email and or text message each time your card is charged and again when your wine club shipment leaves our facility.

3. Cancellation & Account Changes

Arthur Michael Wine Club is ongoing, and you may cancel your membership at any time. However, please note that there is a minimum commitment of 1 year or 4 releases. If you wish to cancel, pause, or make changes to your membership, please contact us at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled shipment. This lead time allows us to update your account before orders are processed.

4. Delivery & Pick Up

You may elect to:

  • Pick up in person at our tasting room during regular business hours, or
  • Have your wines shipped to an eligible address. Shipping charges will be added to your quarterly billing statement
5. Adult Signature Requirement

An adult over the age of 21 must be present to sign for and receive the package. If there will not be an adult home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending the order to a business address where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep, sent to a PO box or left with someone under the age of 21.

6. Refusal of Delivery

Carrier policies and alcohol regulations prohibit refusing delivery at the door. If no one is available for delivery, two additional delivery attempts will be made. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and there will be additional shipping charges to resend the package.
