This rich, full bodied red wine has notes of black fruit flavor, as ripe fruit picked in the orchard - black cherry, black plum. It also has developed into some cooked fruit, as in blackberry pie. It has beautiful hints of clove, vanilla and eucalyptus.

Pair with: A big beautiful steak or and array of aged cheese, crackers with some fig jam.
