This medium bodied red wine has notes of black cooked fruits as in blackberries and black plum with underlying notes of white pepper, leather, cedar and coffee.

Pair with: Pepper steak broccoli stir fry. Also pairs well with spaghetti and meatballs, onion, garlic and basil with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
