This big, intense Cabernet has great notes of black fruit, as in blackberry, black cherry and dried cooked fruits, as in raisin and stewed black plums. It has hints of eucalyptus and pepper.

Pair with: Lasagna, steak of any kind or style and could probably handle some dark chocolate, even some chocolate covered raisins.
